Vancouver Island boasts an abundance of produce, fresh seafood and thriving farms that create a culinary paradise. Over the years we have formed relationships with local farmers, foragers and food artisans. Beaumont Catering believes in sourcing and showcasing the best local and seasonal ingredients the Island has to offer in our menus.
