Catering costs can vary depending on several factors, including the type of event, the number of guests, menu selections, style of service and additional services required such as rentals, staffing and event timelines. Our proposal will show a full breakdown of cost of list items including fees and taxes.

When planning an event, it is generally advisable to book catering services at least three to six months in advance, especially for larger gatherings or special occasions. For weddings we recommend 6 months to a year. This timeframe allows you to secure your desired date and menu. We try to accommodate last minute requests the best we can, but these requests are subject to our booking availability. We are a rapidly growing company and do get booked up very quickly.

Wedding Catering: We specialize in creating memorable dining experiences for weddings, offering customizable menus that reflect the couple's tastes and vision. Options include elegant sit-down dinners, buffet stations, cocktail receptions and more.
Private Events: From intimate gatherings to large celebrations, our private event catering services include personalized menus that highlight local ingredients and seasonal flavours. We can design themed menus and dining experiences for events such as holiday parties, birthdays, and anything else you wish to celebrate!
Drop-Off Catering: For more casual events or gatherings, we offer drop-off catering services, where we prepare and deliver delicious food that you can serve at your convenience.

We pride ourselves in creating custom menus based on seasonality and availability. Whether you're planning a wedding, corporate event, or private gathering, Beaumont is here to create a tailored dining experience that aligns with your vision and your event.

We offer tastings during the off season and our tastings are treated as a full sit down consultation with our chefs. This allow you to experience and taste your menu before making a final decision. Tastings can be schedule by appointment and come with a cost of $ 100 per person for up to 4 guest and your planner.

We take allergies extremely seriously and understand the importance of food safety and dietary restrictions. When planning your event, we encourage you to inform us of any specific allergies or dietary needs. Note that our kitchen is not allergen free and due to factors outside of our control we cannot guarantee or assume any liability for any cross contamination. Beaumont will specify prior to the event whether it can be accommodated or not.

Beaumont does not provide full bar services at the moment. Our soft bar services are limited to service only. The client provide the liquor and the S.E.P. Beaumont will provide bartenders and service. We can help with bar packages, signature cocktails and mocktails and non alcoholic options. All our servers and bartenders have a valid S.I.R. Certificate.

We service Victoria, Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands. Travel fees may apply for out of town services.

Once you’ve selected your date and its been confirmed, we require a 50% deposit and a signed contract to secure your date.

We do our best to accommodate cancelations whenever possible. However, please note that the deposit is non-refundable as it secures your event date and covers initial preparations made exclusively for you. Thank you for your understanding.
