  • Wedding catering costs can vary depending on several factors, including, the number of guests, menu selections, style of service and additional services required such as rentals, staffing and event timelines. Our proposal will show a full breakdown of cost of list items including fees and taxes.

  • When planning a wedding, it is generally recommended to book your vendors at least 12 to 18 months in advance. This timeline allows you to secure your date especially during peak wedding seasons. This ensures that you have ample time to discuss your catering needs, customize your menu, and accommodate any dietary restrictions your guests may have.

    For smaller weddings or off-peak seasons, 6 to 12 months may be sufficient, but flexibility is key. The sooner you start planning, the greater the likelihood of achieving your ideal wedding vision.

  • We offer a variety of wedding catering styles tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of each couple. Our services include:

    1. Buffet Style: An interactive dining experience where guests can serve themselves from an assortment of dishes. This style encourages mingling and allows for a diverse selection of flavours.

    2. Plated Service: A formal dining option where meals are served to each guest at their table. Our culinary team prepares exquisite dishes that highlight seasonal, local ingredients, ensuring a thoughtfully crafted meal.

    3. Family Style: Large platters of food are placed on each table, allowing guests to share and pass dishes around. This creates a warm, communal atmosphere that is perfect for family-oriented celebrations.

    4. Cocktail Reception: Ideal for more casual weddings, this option features an array of hors d'oeuvres and small bites served on trays, encouraging guests to enjoy a variety of flavours while socializing.

      We also offer Live Edge Grazing Boards, Canapés, Live Chef Stations, Late Night Menus, Rehearsal Dinners and Wedding Brunches

  • We pride ourselves in creating custom menus based on seasonality and availability. We take the time to truly understand our couples needs and create personalized dining experiences that aligns with your vision. Please reach out to discuss your ideas and explore the options available to you.

  • We offer tastings during the off season and our tastings are treated as a full sit down consultation with our chefs. This allow you to experience and taste your menu before making a final decision. Tastings can be schedule by appointment and come with a cost of $ 100 per person for up to 4 guest and your planner.

  • We take allergies extremely seriously and understand the importance of food safety and dietary restrictions. When planning your wedding, we encourage you to inform us of any specific allergies or dietary needs. We require an allergy list 30 days prior to the wedding date. Note that our kitchen is not allergen free and due to factors outside of our control we cannot guarantee or assume any liability for any cross contamination. Beaumont will specify prior to the wedding date whether it can be accommodated or not.

  • Beaumont does not provide full bar services at the moment. Our soft bar services are limited to service only. The client provide the liquor and the S.E.P. Beaumont will provide bartenders and service. We can help with bar packages, signature cocktails and mocktails and non alcoholic options. All our servers and bartenders have a valid S.I.R. Certificate. 

  • Our team can take care of service equipment rentals or provide you with assistance ordering and organizing any rentals needed for your event.

  • We sure do, there’s a $3 per person cake cutting fee with this service.

  • We service Victoria, Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands. Travel fees may apply for out of town services.

  • Once you’ve selected your date and its been confirmed, we require a 50% deposit and a signed contract to secure your date.

  • We do our best to accommodate cancelations whenever possible. However, please note that the deposit is non-refundable as it secures your event date and covers initial preparations made exclusively for you. Thank you for your understanding.
